Merchant’s PACT Hires Payments Industry Leader and Innovator as Chief Business Development Officer
Merchant’s PACT has hired 15-year payments industry leader Genevieve Dozier as Chief Business Development Officer to drive strategic growth and partnerships within the financial institution channel.
In her new role, Dozier will oversee the consulting services, programs, and integrated partnerships that are offered to financial institutions. She will work closely with Jack Henry’s financial institution clients to provide customized merchant services programs and managed services. Additionally, she will help to identify investment and revenue opportunities that will further the growth of the company.
Dozier began her payments career in 2006 at BB&T. While at BB&T, Dozier held numerous positions that allowed her to learn all aspects of the bank and merchant services. Her positions included: Leadership Development Associate, AVP Bankcard & Merchant Services Product Development, VP Head of Merchant Services Sales Support, VP Merchant Services Product Strategy & Sales Support, and VP Debit Card Issuing Product. At the peak of her tenure with BB&T, Dozier supported 2,100 branches and 90 sales representatives across the country. She managed a portfolio of over 50,000 merchants processing over $18 billion in annual volume.
Following BB&T, Dozier worked as the Channel Marketing Manager for North America at Ingenico Group and as Senior Director for Financial Institution Business Development at CardConnect. At CardConnect, she was head of a partner program that helped over 100 banks and credit unions nationwide with the growth of their merchant portfolios. Dozier led a team of business development, merchant sales consultants, merchant support and partner support helping the financial institution channel to exceed portfolio and revenue growth goals each quarter. Dozier’s most recent role was Client Business Executive for ISO and Payment Facilitator Partners within Global Business Solutions at Fiserv. In this role, she was responsible for new sales, partner management, contract negotiation and business strategy for over 40 clients.
Along with her professional excellence, Dozier has taken an active role in volunteerism for Wnet (Women’s Network in Electronic Transactions). Upon becoming a Corporate Champion, she raised awareness and created opportunities for engagement by increasing the number of Wnet members at her prior employer from 10 to 1,000 within three years. Dozier continues to be involved as a Member Ambassador and Webinar presenter on Payments Industry Knowledge and Trends. She also is serving her second term on the Board of Advisors for Wnet.
In addition to her volunteer work with Wnet, Dozier has received recognition for her innovation from various payments industry associations and programs. Dozier was also a speaker at the 2020 Money 20/20 MoneyFest on Maintaining the Ultimate Work Life Balance in the Wake of a Global Pandemic.
“We are excited for Genevieve to join the team reporting to me to deliver thought leadership, business strategy, exceptional partner management and growth results with her extensive experience especially with financial institutions.
